42/2024 – Ordinary General Meeting of the Company – Significant Shareholders

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in Warsaw (the “Company”) provides in Appendix No. 1 to this report a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on July 26, 2024, following the resumption of the meeting.

Legal Basis: Art. 70, item 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005, on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382).
