Education
Graduate of the Higher School of Pedagogy in Częstochowa, where he obtained a Master’s degree in History in 1999.
In 2005, he completed postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection at the Lodz University of Technology, followed by studies in Economics at the European Law Study Centre.
In 2002, he obtained qualifications to serve as a member of supervisory bodies, having passed the state examination for candidates for supervisory board members in State Treasury companies before the Examination Committee at the Ministry of the State Treasury.
Professional Experience
He gained professional experience at the Łódź Regional Health Fund, and later at the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź, where he was responsible for external audits of pro-ecological investments.
From 2007 to 2018, he served as Deputy Marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship, where he was responsible, among other things, for rural development programs, environmental policy, and matters related to culture and education.
He currently serves as Advisor to the Management Board at Grupa MTP sp. z o.o. in Poznań, where he is responsible for cooperation and relations with local government units.
Supervisory Board Experience
He has extensive experience in supervisory and governance roles, having served on the supervisory boards of, among others:
- Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne sp. z o.o. (Municipal Transport Company)
- Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. in Opoczno (Municipal Services Company)
